We handle two types of projects — retail (out-of-pocket) and insurance (storm damage). The process is a little different for each.
Filing an Insurance Claim
Storm damage, hail, or wind? We work on contingency — meaning we don't get paid unless your claim is approved. You pay your deductible and any upgrades you choose. No estimate required.
Free Inspection
A Hilltop team member inspects your property at no charge, documenting storm damage with detailed photos and written notes. We assess the full exterior — roof, gutters, siding, and windows — so nothing gets missed when it's time to file.

Insurance Claim
We work the claim with you from start to finish. Our team attends the adjuster inspection, documents any damage the adjuster misses, and submits supplement requests when the scope is short. We work on contingency — we don't get paid unless your claim is approved. You're responsible for your deductible and any upgrades you choose.

Installation
